With wooden ceilings and doors, marble floors, and a practical layout, the property offers a spacious living room with a fireplace overlooking the central Plaza de la Alianza, two bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cozy kitchen was refurbished five years ago and has all the luxurious details, such as a plate lift that connects to the roof terrace. The rooms have been carefully restored to maintain the charm of yesterday without sacrificing modern comforts. The property also has a divan on the third floor, maximizing its capacity to accommodate guests. Thanks to its southerly orientation, it is bathed in light practically all day long.
