Surrounded by the abundant vegetation and trees that are so characteristic of this area, it is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. Its original name comes from the small waterfalls that can be found inside, coming from the Guadalpín stream. Composed of independent villas or small urbanisations, it is considered one of the most privileged areas of Marbella. It has panoramic views from the mountains to the sea, as well as being close to the city and the beach.

INTERIOR
Designed by Heidi Gubbins, the idea was to make each villa a sanctuary of its own. This is inspired by the fact that the area sorroundig the urbanization is considered by many to be a nature sanctuary in Marbella.To achieve this, materials have been used that give a sense of calm and harmony. When the project is completed, as you walk through the spaces, you will notice compositions of robust, organic forms in both materials and textures, as well as some striking elements that are always evocative of the natural world.
