Hans Veenhuijsen, CEO and owner of Christie's International Real Estate – Costa del Sol and Madrid, leads the firm with a strategic vision and a deep passion for the luxury real estate sector. With offices in Marbella, Málaga, and Madrid, he has transformed the company into a benchmark of quality and exclusivity in the region.

With a career in the real estate sector that began in 1988, Hans has specialised in the high-end property market. In 2008, he established the first Christie’s Real Estate office in Marbella, marking the beginning of his influence on the Costa del Sol. In early 2024, he expanded his presence with a new location in Málaga, followed by the opening in Madrid. This expansion reaffirms his commitment to offering an exclusive portfolio of luxury properties, always aligned with the high aesthetic and quality standards that define the brand.

Born in the Netherlands, Hans discovered the Costa del Sol during a holiday in 1998, captivated by its Mediterranean lifestyle. His connection to the region is special, enjoying its diversity and rich culture.

Outside the office, Hans appreciates gastronomy and values time with family, exploring various countries and cultures. He is also passionate about outdoor activities and nature, allowing him to connect with his surroundings and enjoy new experiences.

One of his favourite places on the Costa del Sol is Sierra Blanca, regarded as one of the best areas in Marbella, perfect for investment and located near the centre.
